Among the types of Personal Data that Tines Security Services Ltd collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: first name, last name, company name, email address and phone number.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through Tines Security Services Ltd and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, User database management, Handling payments and Managing contacts and sending messages.

Contacting the User
Contact form (Tines Security Services Ltd)
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes Tines Security Services Ltd to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.Personal Data collected: company name, email address, first name and last name.
Managing landing and invitation pages
This type of service helps with building and managing landing and invitation pages, i.e., pages for presenting a product or service, where you may add your contact information such as an email address.Managing these pages means that these services will handle the Personal Data collected through the pages, including Usage Data.
Instapage (Instapage, Inc.)
Managing contacts and sending messages
This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
Sendgrid is an email address management and message sending service provided by Sendgrid Inc. used by Tines Security Services Ltd to send marketing emails.

GMail by Google
GMail is the primary email provider used by Tines Security Services Ltd used to manage and send corporate emails.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Tines Security Services Ltd, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Personal Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data.Google Analytics is run on tines.io and docs.tines.io only. It does not run on any customer tenants.
Digital Ocean operates worldwide infrastructure and server hosting facilities which Tines Security Services Ltd use for hosting our commercial website https://tines.io. Tines Security Services Ltd owns and controls logical access to the infrastructure maintained by Digital Ocean who maintain the physical security of the servers, network and the data center.

User database management
This type of service allows the Owner to build user profiles by starting from an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to Tines Security Services Ltd, as well as to track User activities through analytics features. This Personal Data may also be matched with publicly available information about the User (such as social networks' profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Owner can display and use for improving Tines Security Services Ltd.Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions performed on Tines Security Services Ltd.
HubSpot CRM (HubSpot, Inc.)
TOOLS AND PROCESSORS FOR CUSTOMER TENANTS
Sendgrid is an email address management and message sending service provided by Sendgrid Inc. Within Tines Security Services customer cloud tenants emails sent using an "Email Agent" are sent using Sendgrid. Note, Sendgrid is only used within tenants hosted in the Tines Cloud and not customer hosted on-premise tenants.

For operation and maintenance purposes, Tines Security Services Ltd and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with Tines Security Services Ltd (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address). This information may include: Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, agent errors etc.), operating system, date/time stamp.
Note, HoneyBadger is only used within tenants hosted in the Tines Security Services Ltd cloud and not customer hosted on-premise tenants.
